“Wonderland” / Experiential + Influencer Activation
With only SK-II’s PR and social budget, we were tasked with revitalizing the brand’s perception among younger consumers. Our strategy: reintroduce SK-II to the beauty creator community through an unforgettable experience.
We launched a pop-up in Tokyo’s Shibuya district, blending mixed reality with emerging DJs to create an immersive, high-energy atmosphere. The activation brought SK-II’s key ingredient, Pitera—a circular plant extract—to life in an interactive way. Designed for TikTok and Instagram, the space encouraged influencers to create content, amplifying the brand’s reach and impact.
The experience offered more than entertainment. Partnering with SK-II, we introduced a proprietary skin-scanning system that provided visitors with personalized skincare routines. The response was overwhelming—lines wrapped around the block for weeks. This strategy drove a surge in authentic content, a 27% month-over-month sales increase, and significant growth within our target demographic.
